We will provide you with an invoice at the time services are rendered. Payment can be made by cash, online transfer, debit or credit card under MasterCard or Visa.

 

We do not contract with any insurance carriers so our fees will not be covered by your insurance company at the time the services are rendered.  However, we do provide invoices that can be submitted for reimbursement after the services has been provided.  Whether your insurance will reimburse you or not, depends on your plan and its benefits.

Under special circumstances, we are able to provide you documents to support the withdrawal of KWSP funds for treatments.
